What helps us quote accurately
None of this is required to send the form. It just means fewer questions before you have a number.
- The type of site: brochure, online store, booking system or a rebuild of something that exists.
- Roughly how many pages or products you expect at launch.
- Whether you need M-Pesa, card payments, or a system you already use to be connected.
- Who is writing the words and supplying photographs, you or us.
- Any date you are working towards, a launch, a campaign, a trade show.
- The address of your current site, if you have one.
Before you send
The four questions we are asked most often at this stage.
Does a quote cost anything?
No. Scoping the work, the call and the written proposal are free. You only pay once you accept the proposal and the first instalment is due.
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day. If the brief is clear, the written proposal follows within two to three working days.
What if I do not know my budget yet?
Pick “not sure yet” on the form. Published prices start from KES 35,000 for a small business site, and the proposal will show you what each level of scope costs before you commit.
Do you work with businesses outside Nairobi?
Yes. The work is delivered remotely across Kenya, with calls on WhatsApp or Google Meet. Nairobi clients can meet in person if they prefer.
