A short list you will act on, not 200 items you will not.
An SEO audit is a prioritised diagnosis of why a site is not ranking as well as it should. Haryes delivers findings ranked by traffic impact and effort, not a 200-item checklist, so your team knows exactly what to fix first.
Most audits are tool exports with a logo on them.
Running a crawler is the easy part. The hard part is deciding which of the 200 findings is costing you money, which is noise, and what order to fix things in given the team and budget you actually have.
An audit that skips that part is a document, not a diagnosis.
- Every finding marked critical, so nothing is.
- No estimate of what any issue is costing in traffic or revenue.
- Recommendations written for a developer who was never going to read them.
- No order of work, so the easiest items get done and the expensive ones never do.
What the audit covers
Four passes, then the part that makes it useful.
Technical
Crawl, index, render, redirects, canonicals, status codes, Core Web Vitals in the field, and structured data.
What stops pages being found or understood.
Architecture
How pages link, where authority accumulates, which pages compete with each other, and what is orphaned.
Whether the structure helps or fights you.
Content and intent
What each page targets, whether it answers that intent, where pages cannibalise each other, and where real gaps sit.
What to write, merge or remove.
Competitive position
What the sites currently ranking have that you do not, in concrete terms rather than as a score.
The actual gap.
The order of work
Everything ranked by impact against effort, split into what to do this month, this quarter and later.
A plan, not a list.
How findings are ranked
Each finding carries these four, so you can argue with the priority rather than guess at it.
What it costs
An estimate of the traffic or revenue affected, with the reasoning shown rather than a severity colour.
You can check our working.
What it takes
Effort in developer terms: a config change, a template change, or a project.
Scheduled against real capacity.
Who does it
Us, your developers, or your content team. Named, so nothing falls between.
No orphaned actions.
How to verify
What should change once it is done, and where to look to confirm it.
Fixes that are proven, not assumed.

Questions clients ask before they commit
What does an SEO audit cost?
KES 85,000, fixed. That covers the audit, the implementation specifications, the walkthrough and a re-check after you implement.
Do you implement the fixes?
Only if you want us to. The audit is deliberately written so another developer can implement it. If you would rather we did the work, it moves into a monthly plan.
How long does it take?
Usually two to three weeks, depending on site size and how quickly we get analytics and Search Console access. Access delays are the normal bottleneck.
Is the audit useful if our site is new?
A full audit on a site with no history is mostly guesswork. For a new site we would rather spend the budget on architecture and content than on auditing something that has not run yet.
What prompted the audit?
Traffic dropped, or a migration or redesign went wrong.
The audit finds the cause and the recovery order.
Book an auditYou have been doing SEO and it is not working.
Usually architecture or intent, and the audit will say which.
